Brandon and I both grew up skiing the slopes of the Rocky Mountains, so we thought it was about time we introduced our girls to the sport. Anne did a great job. She progressed from the bunny slope to the top of the mountain her first day.
We hadn't intended to have Claire ski today, but after she cried hysterically and chased her sister out onto the slopes, we thought we would let her give it a try. This first video is of her walking in ski boots. Anyone who has ever skied before can relate to this. It is not an easy task. Especially when you are only 25 months old.
Here are two videos of Claire skiing. She took off without any hesitation and you can hear her squeals of joy as she passes the camera.
So, the day was full of sunshine and smiles, which was much more than Brandon and I could have hoped for.
